Sweet and tangy cherry tomatoes can be cut, grilled, sauced, and can even be eaten as a raw snack. They are best suited for salads and kebabs.

The other name of this type is plum tomatoes. They are bigger in size as compared to cherry and grape tomatoes. They have fibers in them. They are not used in slicing. Generally popular in salads, these tomatoes are also a good choice for canning or making sauces.
