Chicken Saltimbocca has sage leaves and prosciutto di parma (thinly sliced ham) placed on the chicken and then cooked. It is a blast of flavors in the mouth. It is often marinated in wine, oil, or saltwater.

Then Tare, a kind of sauce is made which is one of the most important parts of the dish. And lastly, the noodles (panting from all the hard work) is made and finally put together, topped with eggs and some green onions.
