They are deep-fried crisps filled with a mixture of boiled chickpeas and potatoes, topped with tamarind sauce, and dipped in green chili water. This is how a classic golgappa is made. However, to spice up your palate and level it up, we present you with a list of very extraordinary golgappas that you have to try out at least once in your life.

This. This right here is revolutionary. We didn’t know that we needed these in our lives until we tried them out. What a delight! These are deep-fried crisps stuffed with paneer or chicken makhani gravy. These are best paired with mint sauce and onions. 

2. Vodka Golgappe

What better way to get intoxicated than having it in your beloved golgappe? It is a fun treat for a party or even as occasional booze. Just add your favorite vodka in your crisps and take the shots!

3. Cheese and Corn Golgappe
